Our Designers
Our designers have had nearly 20 years of collective garden design experience ready to help with any design project big or small. Together our design philosophies emphasize our shared experiences landscaping in Utah's various microclimates, soil conditions, and variable weather. We aim to help you create a sustainable and vibrant space through incorporating easy management practices and choosing appropriate specimens to thrive in your soil.
​ Meet Luis:
Having lived in Utah for all my life, I’ve grown a steady love and passion for the native plants and trees around the area. Utah’s outdoors are unparalleled in their beauty. My hope is to bring some of that beauty into your yard! With over 5 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, design, and nursery work and formal education in biology, my goal is to help you build your dream yard without you having to fight a constant battle to keep your garden alive. My specialization is in native plants, drought-tolerant plants, as well as permaculture. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and let's make the space around you more beautiful!
Meet Isaac:
With over ten years of experience inside the landscaping industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of plants and clients! I love building a connection with clients and making sure that the jobs we do are done exactly how you envision. I have formal education in horticulture, which has helped develop a strong understanding of plant care and which plants will be most successful in Utah. With an emphasis on native plants and drought tolerant plantings, my goal is to make sure your ideas and visions are built into a space you can enjoy for a lifetime. I’m passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces, and I look forward to helping you bring your vision to life!
Meet Brennan:
After getting a job in a local nursery, I fell in love with all things plants! As a former money-strapped college student, I know that gardening can get expensive and maintenance intensive, that is why my design philosophy centers around thoughtful species and placement in luscious laissez-faire gardens. I love both the traditional and xeriscape philosophies of gardening. A cozy English cottage, a traditional French landscape, or a clean modern garden, all within your reach! A good garden that impresses your friends shouldn’t have to break your wallet or your back. A good design lets nature do the work for you! With over 6 years of experience in arboriculture and nursery care, I would be excited to help you plan your next garden!
